From time to time there will be opportunities to sample the fine dining available from the Club; either as themed evenings (with a choice of food from different parts of the world) or the popular Saturday Night Dining events (sample menu below). Smoked Haddock, Potato and Poached Egg Chowder finished with chives
Brixworth Pate, with Apple and Plum Chutney and Toasted Brioche
Beetroot, Goats Cheese and Orange Salad with Charcoal biscuits and anise reduction

Main Course
Crisp Belly of Orchard Reared Pork with a chickpea and chorizo stew, quince aioli and wilted spinach
Beef Bourguignon with creamed potatoes and green vegetables
Herb Crusted Hake Fillet with crushed herbed new potatoes and fine beans sauteed with shallot and almonds

Dessert
Hand picked Blackberry and Apple crumble with crème Anglaise
